In case you've forgotten -- which is really easy to do in this particular adolescent case -- Kylie Jenner is only 16 years old, yet is allowed to basically do whatever she wants, wherever she wants, with whomever she wants ... and that includes dyeing her hair all sorts of colors that, if you were 16 and came home with on your head, would make your mama kick your sorry ass all the way to 3rd quarter.Verdict: Love it. Apparently child and adolescent propriety has all but gone out the window -- there's 7-year-olds flitting around this planet with fluorescent-dyed hair, too; saw them with my own eyes yesterday at the park -- but taking all of that away from the level of inappropriate that it is, Kylie's hair sure looks good. Girl's obviously got a lot of fashionable people around her who definitely know what they're doing.
